There are two ways to redeem a coupon as follows:
Enter the Coupon Code from the Print Only coupon then press the Coupon Promotion button on the POS Screen.
Alternatively, scan or manually enter the barcode on the Serialized Coupon.
If you choose to manually enter the barcode printed on the coupon, you can do so by entering the numeric value displayed below the barcode, then press the Coupon Promotion button on the POS screen.
When redeeming a Serialised Coupon, it will be marked off as redeemed once it has been added to a sale that it was applicable for.
If a Serialised Coupon is added to a sale but it has no effect on triggering a discount (due to not having the required Stock Items in the sale to trigger the Coupon), the Serialised Coupon will remain in an unredeemed state.
Once a Serialised Coupon has been redeemed successfully, attempting to redeem it a second time will trigger a prompt similar to the below, which indicates that the Coupon has already been redeemed and is no longer valid.

V9 Build 11 and newer supports the Redemption of Coupons when paying a Table with the Pay@Table option enabled.
To redeem a Coupon when paying a Table, go to the Table Map > Select a Table > Pay All > Enter the Coupon Code > Press the Coupon Promo Button on the POS Screen > Coupon is Redeemed.
When redeeming a Coupon after pressing the "Pay All" button on the Table Details screen, it may be necessary to press the "X" button on the top-right corner of the POS Screen to return to the sale to access the Coupon Promo button.
